The basic fundamentals and a bit more detailed talk of startup and early-stage private placement raise.

Startup Funding Workshop for both early stage investors and entrepreneurs. Our CEO & Founder, RJ Pahura, has been involved in start-ups and the start-up ecosystem for nearly a decade. Dr. Terri Friel has worked with start-ups since 1989 and founded an accelerator and an incubator. They will provide a good overview of creating term sheets, valuations, the due diligence process, investor pitch meeting strategies and the art of the deck. The workshop closes with Q&A and an open group discussion.
