The value of finding a work/life balance has been a topic for employers and employees for a long time. In fact, "workers who feel they have a better work-life balance tend to work 21% harder than employees who feel overworked."
However, the pandemic and the wild economic and social shifts that have resulted have made this balance all the more challenging and important. For those who are working remotely, we have flexibility but we now LIVE in our offices. Some of those out of work are now balancing multiple gigs and a job search!
In this workshop, we'll discuss strategies for evaluating work/life balance, identifying ways to "tweak" our work lives, and how to make this balance a daily exercise.
