BWLA Diversity Roundtable Series presents: Cracking Code: Strategies for Addressing Race, Racism, and Politics in the Workplace

The current political landscape has enflamed an insurgence in racism and emboldened individuals to share racist views. This roundtable will discuss how this resurgence has affected black women attorneys in the workplace. The panelists will discuss strategies for navigating race and gender discrimination in the workplace and addressing race, racism, sexism, and politics in the workplace.
