Loop Campus

Increase your knowledge, enhance your confidence and improve your health through fitness by experiencing a variety of fitness classes over 4 weeks. Classes include: Strength and Conditioning, Mat Pilates, MOVE, and Mindfulness Yoga. This group is open to all adult students and graduate students and will be offered at the updated Loop Fitness Center in the basement of the CDM building. Week one will include an introduction to fitness, a tour of the loop gym, and a Q&A session.

Offered Thurdays 4.30 pm-5.30 pm, September 28 to October 19 in Loop
