Please join us for the Center for Public Interest Law’s fall skill series focusing on client interviewing. Students will have the opportunity to gain important legal training regarding client interviewing, spotting legal issues and writing strong case memoranda. Alums, Susan DeCostanza and Phil Mohr, of Chicago Volunteer Legal Services, will conduct a three-part training session on campus on 9/26, 10/3 and 10/10 and then students will be assigned three clients from CVLS and will complete the client interview and case memo. This is an outstanding opportunity for students at every stage to either learn new skills or refine and enhance existing skills and obtain direct client interaction experience at the same time.
