Have you ever wondered what it would be like to teach for a term in a different country, or to start a new research project with new colleagues in a different part of the world? Every year, more than a thousand US faculty members go abroad to teach or conduct research as recipients of a Fulbright award. Many DePaul faculty over the years have received Fulbright awards and we would like to help many more to access these outstanding opportunities.
The Global Engagement's Fulbright Mentor for Faculty, Scott Bucking, Associate Professor of History and Fulbright awardee, is available to you for consultation and support during your application process.
Scott is excited to extend a warm invitation to all of you to join him for an information session and workshop on applying for Fulbright grants. As a Fulbright alumnus himself, Scott is looking forward to providing faculty with information and advice about the program and the tremendous opportunities for professional development that it can offer you.
We have scheduled two sessions:
Friday, May 15th, 2020, 12:00-1:30 pm CST
Friday, May 29th, 2020, 12:00 pm-1:30 pm CST
Please email your RSVP to Lauren Brown, firstname.lastname@example.org by May 11, 2020 for the 5/15 session or May 25, 2020 for the 5/29 session.
If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to get in touch directly with Scott.
