Hacking Bias in the Tech Industry

In 2014, Tech Giants, such as Google, Microsoft, Apple and Facebook, released their first diversity reports and pledged to make changes. But, it wasn’t just a problem at the top. The entire industry was composed of mostly Caucasian, Heterosexual males. Fast forward to 2020 and the recent spotlight on diversity, equity and inclusion have prompted new discussions and questions. So, how can we hack the bias in the tech industry and make the workplace into a more diverse and inclusive environment?

Join CDM alumni and representatives from local Tech companies on October 28th from 4:00 – 5:00pm for a virtual Q&A on diversity and inclusion in tech.
