Back by popular demand, CIPLIT® is offering “An Introduction to IP Theory and Practice” series to all first-year students interested in IP.
This skills series consists of a five-week set of lectures designed to acquaint the first year students with substantive content and elements of practice in the various areas of IP. This program is unique to CIPLIT® and is designed to provide our students with a degree of IP background to better prepare them for the job market and the more advanced IP courses in our curriculum. These lectures will be taught by both full-time CIPLIT® faculty and experienced attorneys working in various areas of IP.
Students who successfully complete all five lectures will receive a Certificate of Completion which can be included on their resumes. All lectures will be held from 11:50 am to 1:00 pm.
The second lecture will be Trademarks II with Vladimir I. Arezina of Lathrop Gage LLP on Wednesday, February 7, 2018, in Lewis 341. Lunch will be provided.
