Courtney Bryan and Brandee Younger with DePaul Jazz Workshop

Under the direction of esteemed drummer and composer, Dana Hall, DePaul’s own Jazz Workshop is by design an ensemble that is both dynamic and multi-purpose – flexing in size from as few as 10 to as many as 17 members and performing the work of the genre’s legends as well as young up-and-coming stars. On this evening Jazz Workshop will be joined by New Orleans native and a “pianist and composer of panoramic interests” (The New York Times), Courtney Bryan, and the genre-defying, fearless and versatile harpist, Brandee Younger.
