Managing Student Employees Manager Training

This training session is designed to help student employee managers understand the importance of high impact learning, which benefits both the students' skill development and  on-campus department. The Office of Student Employment (OSE) reviews best practices on how to motivate your student employee(s) while wearing multiple hats: mentor, coach and manager. Student Employee Managers will also get a review of OSE's policies along with on-boarding and training recommendations.
