Meditative Self-Care for Stressful Times

Would you like to learn more about self-care through mindfulness and meditation? This taste of mindfulness is an online 1 hour Zoom session that meets weekly on June Mondays. All experience levels are welcome. Each session will provide an introduction to mindfulness with strategies for beginning and maintaining home meditation practice. . . . . This class is designed for personal development, NOT to be used in place of or even along with therapy for serious mental health conditions. . . . . Facilitator Lisa Patterson Raterman, RN, has agreed to provide you with the opportunity, free of charge during these difficult times, to begin your exploration of mindfulness in a one-hour session. All participants must pre-register on the Campus Recreation website.
