Outdoor/Indoor “Virtual” Yoga & Self-Care Retreat

This yoga retreat is a full-day experience, combining elements of yoga, the outdoors, and self-care. The intention is to make space to reconnect with our bodies, each other, connect with nature, practice radical self-care, and set intentions as we transition from this spring quarter. Join the Outdoor Adventure Program and Vero Maynez, Power Vinyasa Instructor at the Ray and MFA Acting Candidate at The Theatre School at DePaul, for this special event curated to honor you! . . . . We will start the day with an individual early morning “mindful outdoor walk”, meet mid-day for class (yoga, mindfulness, and self-care), and finish the day with sunset journaling. You are invited to register here for the event. You will be emailed a Zoom link after your attendance has been confirmed (must use your DePaul email to join)!. . . . Daily Itinerary:. . . . - Early Morning “Mindful Outdoor Walk” – 30 minutes completed prior to 9:30 am. . . . - Mid-Day Yoga, Mindfulness, Self-Care Class (Zoom) – 10 am– 12 pm CST. . . . - Sunset/Evening Reflection and Journaling – Evening. . . . Days available to join (each day, same itinerary). 15 participants per day maximum:. . . . - Saturday, May 23. . . . - Saturday, May 30. . . .
