Responding to Plagiarism (Loop)

Plagiarism matters to educators because acts of plagiarism can undermine the student learning outcomes that they have for their courses. In this workshop, participants will explore the potential causes of plagiarism and consider how to approach plagiarism as an opportunity for teaching and learning. Faculty will become familiar with relevant research on the topic, and leave with concrete classroom strategies for responding effectively to plagiarism.
Presented by Adam Steele (CDM) and Jen O’Brien (TLA)
