Spring Into Wellness: A Step-by-Step Guide to Optimal Health

In this program, Erin Clifford ’12 will give you a wellness reboot to help manage COVID-19 fatigue and isolation. As well as, reinvigorate your self-care, and provide important information on physical fitness, sleep, mental health, and stress management/mindfulness, to prepare you for the next semester. The first 20 students to RSVP will be mailed a self-care package that will include nutritional snacks, a wellness tool kit, and a fitness band.
