Students Against Hunger and Homelessness (SAHH)

A Safe Haven Foundation is located in the North Lawndale neighborhood and is a transitional homeless shelter for families and single men, serves 3 meals a day, and houses a free clinic, food pantry, job training for culinary/custodial/landscape work, and a lot more. Volunteers will work with the kids, help them with homework, play games, facilitate and arts and crafts program and help out wherever they are needed.
