The T. Howard Foundation Info Session

The T. Howard Foundation (THF) is a non-profit organization whose mission is promote diversity in media and entertainment by increasing the number of diverse and underrepresented groups and underserved communities within the industry. This is accomplished via comprehensive programs for diverse, underrepresented, and underserved college students.

THF provides PAID full-time summer internships for diverse college students from ALL ACADEMIC MAJORS at high profile media companies across the United States. Once accepted as a THF intern, students will have access to certain benefits including professional development workshops, networking events, complimentary membership to professional organizations, and exclusive scholarships.

Our host companies include but are not limited to AMC Networks, Comcast, Discovery Communications, ESPN, Facebook, HBO, Univision, Viacom Media Networks, and many others!
