VAS & Big Shoulders Film Festival Presents a Screening of ACTUAL PEOPLE with Kit Zauhar

Interested in micro-features?  Wondering how you can get your first feature film out there?  Are you a writer/director who also wants to act?  Well then you shouldn’t miss this Friday’s VAS.  In conjunction with The Big Shoulders International Film Festival, VAS presents a screening of ACTUAL PEOPLE with writer/director/actress Kit Zauhar.  


Kit Zauhar is an Asian-American writer, director, and actress from Philly, currently living in Chinatown, NYC. Her first feature, ACTUAL PEOPLE, premiered at Locarno Film Festival and was nominated for Best Feature at Slamdance. Her most recent film THE CLOSENESS played at SXSW. She makes films about intimacy, loneliness, small victories, and everyday humiliations.
