Apply Now for DePaul Values-Centered Leadership Online Course

Would you like to learn about the challenges and successes of leaders in other cultures, while strengthening your own leadership skills ?

Our online, non-credit course, “Values-Centered Leadership Certificate Level I,” now has enrolled participants from 24 different countries around the globe.  This includes Vincentian Family members and other non-profit leaders working to help those in need in Australia, Brazil, Haiti, India, Indonesia, Kenya, the Philippines, Tanzania, Uganda, Ukraine, as well in the Great Britain and the United States.

I think the course has helped to broaden my definition of leadership. It seems to cover both the more firmly guided leadership style and allowing others to take the lead with some gentle guiding in the background. And seeing all the comment by the others in the group has been inspiring both in the content of what they have to say and the fact that so many are interested in Value-Centered Leadership. It's very hopeful.

- Patty Simpson, MarillacHealth - Autumn 2018 participant

The course takes place completely online. Work at your own pace to fulfill assignments, which requires only 2-3 hours of online work per week.
