The Office of Institutional Diversity and Equity will be hosting a BUILD session titled: Turning Tense Conversations into Collaboration, facilitated by DePaul University's Ombudsperson, Craig Mousin, on February 22, 2023, beginning at 9:30 a.m. 

This workshop discusses how tension and conflict often interrupt productive work efforts.  Concern over conflict tends to silence conversations or provoke disruptive responses.  By combining tools often employed in mediation and elements of DePaul’s mission, this workshop will help participants find ways to build a collaborative work environment.
