Building Your Career Network

Having strong networking skills is an increasingly critical capability.

Relationship networks often lead to your first job out of college and will influence how you advance and transition throughout your professional career.

However, many people (of all ages and experience levels) find networking mysterious and intimidating.

This interactive session will:
1. Help you understand what networking is and why it is important to you.
2. Provide you with practical tips and resources to improve your networking.
3. Create a safe space to share experiences and best practices with others.
4. Leave you with an action plan and increased confidence towards incremental, continuous improvement.

Geoff Nyheim, former Microsoft and Amazon leader and current DePaul Driehaus College of Business Department of Marketing Instructor, will lead this session and share his insights, recommendations, and feedback.

Tuesday, May 28 at 3:30pm to 5:00pm
