Chicago Gun Violence Research Collaborative (CGVRC): Community Forum

This community forum to discuss ideas for addressing gun violence in the Roseland neighborhood of Chicago. 

Kids Off The Block and DePaul University have been working together to understand the concerns of Roseland youth who experience gun violence. DePaul has also conducted discussions with youth and members of the Roseland community about how to create change to address gun violence.

This community forum will involve:

  • Sharing youth-generated concerns around gun violence
  • Sharing youth and community ideas for change, to address gun violence
  • Discussing how to use grant funding to implement one or more of these ideas for change
