DePaul Faculty and Staff:  We are approaching one year since the COVID-19 pandemic forced us to remote work and into a virtual reality, and we still have a ways to go. The cold winter has also set in, bringing its own set of challenges. Those who study well-being suggest that social connection is among the most important antidotes for the blues, for persevering through difficult moments, and finding reasons to hope. People of various spiritual backgrounds draw on practices that help them stay grounded and hopeful. Join us for this Connection Café to share what brings you life, energy, perspective, and hope and to learn from others as we push through to the end of this difficult journey together with colleagues!
