DePaul invites you to get a COVID Vaccine, offered by Ascension SAGE Medical Group, during our fall vaccine drive. Shots will be offered to any students who signs up on DeHub. You will need to provide you name, date of birth, and phone number. Please arrive at your appt during the time slot scheduled. If you have any questions, please contact the Office of Health Promotion and Wellness at HPW@depaul.edu. Masks will be required while receiving the vaccine, and will be available upon request.
