Join the DePaul University Departments of Criminology, Latin American & Latino Studies, Refugee & Forced Migration Studies, and the Center for Latino Research for 'CRIMMIGRATION: Interrogating the Intersection of Criminal Justice and Immigration' on Tuesday, February 1st from 11:50 AM to 3:00 PM.
The event will consist of two panels, the first exploring crimmigration through policy, practice, and law, and the second examining crimmigration through the lived experience of immigrants. The panels will be held in conjunction with two Criminology courses with panelists speaking about their experiences in the field and discussing with students "what must be done" to achieve equitable immigration justice.
