D.E.F. Showcase 2019

On Saturday, May 18, the DePaul School of Cinematic Arts will host the DePaul Experimental Film Showcase at DePaul Art Museum. The event is free and open to the public.

Held in partnership with DePaul Art Museum, the showcase will feature a collaborative single-channel video installation on loop during the first half of the event, followed by a juried 80-minute screening of DePaul experimental film students' work.

This year’s jury includes Kristen Nutile (edited the Oscar-nominated and Emmy-winning film, Heroin(e)), David Colagiovanni (Director, Athens International Film + Video Festival), and Raul Benitez (Film Programmer for Comfort Station Logan Square and at The Nightingale Cinema, and Chicagoland Shorts for Full Spectrum Features).
