DFF Script Supervising Workshop will connect members with a Script Supervisor working in the film and television industry. This workshop aims to educate members about the role of Script Supervisor and the responsibilities of this job. It also provides members an opportunity to talk first-hand with an industry professional and ask any questions they may have about working as a script supervisor. This workshop aligns with our club mission of uplifting gender minorities in film as we are connecting our members with a woman working in the industry. Additionally, Script supervising as a role and tasks is not something that is emphasized or talked about enough in film courses here at DePaul, therefore having a professional in the industry would help us not only gain insight but educate our members on how vital this role is to film production.
