Join us for the 2024 Diversity Networking Night! This is an opportunity for diverse students to hear from professionals about their career path, how they’ve navigated their unique challenges, and get advice on joining the professional world.

There will be three concurrent panels followed by open networking with various companies and industries. This event is open to all DePaul students and alumni with complimentary snacks and beverages. Registration is not required, but highly recommended as space is limited. Business casual attire is welcomed.

Panel 1: Out at Work: Finding a Safe Space Workplace
Topics: Identifying welcoming companies; addressing microaggressions; evaluating the “safeness” of your workplace

Panel 2: Disabilities and Neurodivergency in the Job Search
Topics: Knowing your rights; asking for accommodations; identifying welcoming companies

Panel 3: Professionals of Color: Advocating for Yourself
Topics: Negotiating salary; confronting imposter syndrome; addressing microaggressions
