The annual Dolores Huerta Heritage event brings together members of the DePaul University community to celebrate the life and living legacy of Dolores Huerta as an activist for social justice within the Latinx community.

This campus tradition educates participants about relevant contemporary issues affecting the Latinx community and cultivates collaborative opportunities to serve as allies for social justice.

This year’s keynote speaker is Dr. Lilia Fernandez, Professor of History at the University of Illinois Chicago.
