Dungeons & Dragons Therapy: DnD Therapy combines group therapy and tabletop roleplay to aid members in building interpersonal relationship, self-esteem,  stress management and emotional regulation skills. DnD group therapy is a collaborative, fun way to practice and build skills members can use in their daily lives.
