##eatingrecovery #eatingdisorder #recovery #eatingconcerns #bodyimage #supportgroup #hope #journey #studentsThis in-person group is a supportive community of peers who are navigating recovery from an eating disorder while also attending college (undergrad or graduate). This group aims to provide support for making continued change in behaviors and thoughts. This group can also be a place to share and learn new skills as you continue on your journey of healing the relationship between you and food. The topics of this group may include and are not limited to: self-compassion, exploring campus cultural influences that impact how we see ourselves and the unique ways these influences show up in day-to-day experiences, unpacking “wellness” culture, navigating dining hall stressors, and much more. You are not alone in your recovery journey.
Student's must meet with the facilitator for a Group Screening, prior to joining this group.
