This workshop will be led by Erik Carpenter, Associate Director of HR for Miniat Holdings, LLC. Here's more about Erik and the expertise he brings to this workshop:

Erik is the Associate Director of HR for Miniat Holdings, LLC., a manufacturing company based in South Holland, IL. He got his B.S. from Ball State University in Muncie, IN and completed his MBA at the University of St. Francis in Joliet, IL. His background is diverse. He has worked a variety of roles in fields from wellness and health care to manufacturing. Before getting into Talent Acquisition, Erik worked primarily in leadership roles where he was still involved in recruiting but from a hiring manager capacity and not part of the HR team. This has helped him in his move to Human Resources and Talent Acquisition because he knows what hiring managers are looking for and what skills are important for filling a variety of roles within an organization.
