- Discover Google’s best practices for creating job descriptions, interviewing, and selecting top candidates.
- Understand how to onboard your new employees, set them up for success, and create a strong team dynamic as your startup grows.
- Lastly, we’ll discuss what it means to establish a strong foundation for your team using Google’s research on high-performing teams.
Bio:
Victoria has worked with companies big and small to develop digital marketing strategies at Google for the last 4 years. She studied advertising at Michigan State University, where discovered her love for entrepreneurship. At Michigan State, she was the community manager at the student-run accelerator and founded an Artup (Art Startup). Currently, she's pursuing a Masters of Science Degree at Northwestern University in Learning and Organizational Change management.
