The First-Year Program Writing Showcase is an annual celebration of student writing at DePaul University, highlighting the creative and academic achievements of first-year students. The event features a selection of exceptional writing from across all First-Year Program courses, showcasing the diverse voices and perspectives of DePaul students. 

Honorees are invited to share and display their digital posters at the Showcase in the company of peers, family, friends, and DePaul community members. This celebratory event includes a short program with remarks from a keynote speaker and an award ceremony.
