Group Fitness Classes Free to Students and Ray Members - Virtual and In-Person Options

Movement and physical activity has been shown to decrease stress, improve mood, inspire creativity, boost academic performance and improve fitness levels, which assists in the prevention of hypokinetic diseases caused by a sedentary lifestyle. Besides, once you get moving, you realize that it's just fun! Check out our variety of classes designed to make you feel great in so many ways. Dance like no one is watching in Zumba (because they aren't), build your strength - resiliency of mind and muscle in Les Mills Body Pump or a Muscle Work class, stretch, strengthen, and master your breathing in mat Pilates or yoga. We've got all that and more. Attend in-person at The Ray in our physically-distanced classes by signing up through The Ray App or join us virtually, Either way, we've got what you need to get rid of the COVID Blues and feel good about yourself.
