Check out the new meditation workshop from DePaulUCS!

There will be two 30-minute workshops which will include guided breathing exercises, muscle relaxation, and a guided meditation focused on self-compassion. The goals of this workshop include providing students with tools to decrease anxiety and to practice gentle kindness and compassion towards themselves during a year filled with many challenges. Information for how to access additional guided meditations will be provided.
