Now more than ever, we recognize the need to connect with our communities and the importance of belonging as a determinant of health. We are excited to announce that we plan to convene the 13th annual Health Equity & Social Justice Conference in person this year, providing a space to rekindle our networks and renew our collective passion for health equity.
