:  Houseless Realities and Homeless Myths: Uncanny Claims and Representations--Prof. Arnold (Dir. RFMS) will discuss important myths and typologies of homelessness that obscure more complex realities about the unhoused. She will explore dehistoricized and depoliticized claims that individualize extreme poverty as a choice or even a form of freedom, explaining older and more recent conceptions of homelessness.
