Ida B. Wells Barnett's Legacy: Lessons for Racial and Social Justice

Join the Center for Black Diaspora and the Department of African and Black Diaspora Studies for a virtual talk with author, professor, and public historian Michelle Duster!

In her talk, Duster will focus on the remarkable contributions of great-grandmother, Ida B. Wells-Barnett, and how her legacy is being preserved. Additionally, Duster will discuss how Wells-Barnett’s contributions help us address contemporary social issues.
