Join the Center for Black Diaspora and the Department of African and Black Diaspora Studies for a virtual talk with author, professor, and public historian Michelle Duster!
In her talk, Duster will focus on the remarkable contributions of great-grandmother, Ida B. Wells-Barnett, and how her legacy is being preserved. Additionally, Duster will discuss how Wells-Barnett’s contributions help us address contemporary social issues.
This event is free and open to the public!
This event is co-sponsored by the Social Transformation Research Collaborative (STRC) and the Women's Center at DePaul.
