Intersect Film Series Presents: Rafiki Film + Discussion

Join the Office of Multicultural Student Success Cultural and Resource Centers for a film screening and discussion of the groundbreaking Kenyan film Rafiki (2017).

Rafiki is the story of two young Kenyan women, Kena and Ziki, full of life, joy, and wonder as they long for something more. When a budding romance blossoms, they are forced to navigate issues of gender expression, sexuality, and safety against the backdrop of modern day Kenya.
