Students can expect to learn more about LRN, our 12-month Leadership Rotation Network, where they will have the opportunity to rotate through three mid-and-back-office subgroups – including teams such as Global Trading Operations, Treasury, Risk, Project Management, Business Management and Finance – before being placed on a team that matches their interests/skillsets and DRW’s business needs. Please note that this event is specifically focused on our rotational program. We highly encourage bachelor's and master's students studying Finance, Business Analytics, Economics, Accounting or related field with a graduation date between December 2024 and June 2026 to attend, to learn more about upcoming new grad and internship opportunities.
