  Symposium will explore contemporary challenges to the rule of law\, the i
 mportance of judicial independence\, the role of ethical advocacy\, and th
 e duty of lawyers to protect due process and equal justice. Attendees will
  be invited to critically engage with the principles that sustain public t
 rust in the legal system and reflect on their roles in upholding the rule 
 of law.\n\n\nRegistration\n\nPlease register by April 8\, 2026. In-person 
 attendance is capped at 100 in-person attendees\, and online attendees wil
 l receive a viewing link prior to the event.\nYou may be asked to show you
 r ID while on campus. We know your time is valuable\, and we appreciate yo
 ur patience and cooperation.\n\nDePaul College of Law is an accredited MCL
 E provider. This event is eligible for up to 2.00 hours of CLE credit.\nDe
 Paul University College of Law CLE credit is reported for Illinois attorne
 ys only. Attorneys seeking out-of-state CLE credit must self-report and ap
