Tune out the noise and tune into your world. Rejuvenate your mind, body, and soul with this relaxing midweek break from the action. A facilitator from the Office of Religious Diversity will lead you in a​ guided relaxation and meditation exercise. Join us! You'll be glad you did! This program is only held during the academic quarter while academic classes are in session. This session is facilitated by the Office of Religious Diversity.

All faculty, staff and students are welcome; a Ray membership is NOT required; just bring your DePaul ID with you!
