Mindfulness Meditation Group: Have you ever wanted to learn to meditate? Come to the Mindfulness Meditation group for meditation instruction, practice, and discussion. Mindfulness meditation can help you bring peace and centeredness to your life and your relationship with the world around you.

Students interested in joining this group can drop-in for any group session. No appointment necessary; but if you have questions you can visit our forms page and Schedule an Appointment.
