Dr. Elizabeth Ortiz, Ed.D., Vice President of Institutional Diversity and Equity, will facilitate this training. Dr. Ortiz will provide participants with tools to identify microaggressions, to increase self-awareness for engaging in microaggressions, to interrupt microaggressions, and to consider what steps to take to change the culture in the workplace,
