PATHS and the Black Cultural Center present: Florence Hardy on intrapeneurship: The practice of entrepeneurship within an organization. Participants will learn how to bring innovation to a process or product within their organization and will be empowered to branch out to become entrepreneurs in their field of choice. Topics such as taking charge of your career, how to be a leader in your organization, and how to identity organization that value creativity and innovative thinking will be discussed in a lecture/Q&A workshop.
