Prusa 3D Printer Workshop

Come learn how to use our Prusa i3 Mk2S 3D printers! We will teach you how to upload designs to the printing software, check the specs, prepare the printer, and (of course) print!

This workshop provides all materials and a sample project. We will also give you a copy of basic 3D printing instructions to take home.

Completion of this workshop will result in your authorized use of ONLY THE PRUSA i3's in the IRL, you must take the basic 3D Printer authorization to use the Lulzbots. YOU MUST BE AUTHORIZED IN ORDER TO USE THE 3D PRINTERS (so make sure to come to this workshop).

This workshop is free and open to all currently enrolled DePaul University students/staff/faculty. There is a limit of 10 people per workshop to ensure that everyone can use the machines. Walk-in's will be accepted for no-show spots. We do not accept those who are not DePaul affiliated.

Participants will be required to sign a liability waiver prior to machine use.

Participants seeking disability-related accommodations are invited to contact idearealizationlabdpu@gmail.com before the workshop so we may have the proper assistance and accommodations prepared.
