Sacred Elements - Is Christianity a Slave Religion (Part 1)

Sacred Elements is a student-led progressive, Christian, “exploring” community that seeks to celebrate the African American religious experience through prayer, praise and worship, preaching, biblical study, quiet reflection, and discussion. The Sacred Elements community believes in learning more about our own lives by embracing the deep and difficult questions in life while simultaneously celebrating the joys, loves, and blessings we also experience in life. We actively embrace, integrate or participate in the following Christian denominations:

· African Methodist Episcopal (AME)
· Apostolic
· Baptist
· Church of God in Christ (COGIC)
· Non-Denominational (Community Church)
· Pentecostal

Join us every Wednesday at 6:22 in the Interfaith Sacred Space (Suite 102) in the Lincoln Park Student Center.
