Mark Fleming is the Associate Director of the National Immigrant Justice Center's Federal Litigation Project. He will be discussing his work regarding the current border crisis. He will also be discussing his projects, including filing suit to force DHS to adjudicate Afghan asylum cases, and suing ICE facilities in Indiana Federal District Court for their failure to meet the standards for an adequate immigrant detention facility.
