Secret of Bootstrapping a Successful Startup

Workshop Overview:

Having worked with founders of a few startups to bootstrap their business, gone through the start-up to scale-up transition, and started my own journey as an Entrepreneur, I found it challenging for first-time founders to navigate through their journey. While there is no formula for guaranteed success, I found these principals become table stakes and critical for the successful startups I advised and worked with.

Audience:

First-time entrepreneurs will benefit the most from this workshop. However, I welcome those serial entrepreneurs to attend and share their perspectives.

Workshop Outline:

2. How to stay focused and get to your MVP?

3. Choose your Go To Market Model? (i.e. define targeted customer segmentation, open platform, lower barrier for adoption, start small, rinse & repeat)

4. Deliver value to customers - (Make every customer interaction counts. Measurable ROI vs. Intangible Value)

5. Build an organization thats scalable for growth (org. design, culture, etc.)

During the Workshop, Attendees will learn:

The audience will learn about key things to consider for bootstrapping a start-up. This will be an interactive workshop that allows the audience to share their challenge relevant to the 5 topics covered.
