2:00 - 2:30: Lexa Murphy (Dean, College of Communications) and Guillermo Vasquez de Velasco (Dean, College of Liberal Arts and Social Sciences) - Updates on the progress of the Dialogue Collaborative Initiative 

2:30 - 3:30: Jessica Petterson and partners from Deloitte - Updates on the Digital Transformation project, which includes a new public-facing website and internal portal. 

3:30 - 4:30: Staff Council business meeting agenda (all staff are welcome to attend).
